These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fit4Steps Trainer app as a practitioner engaged by Fit4Steps Wellness LLP to deliver personal training or physiotherapy sessions. By signing in and using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility & Accounts
Trainer app accounts are provisioned by Fit4Steps for engaged practitioners — there is no public self-signup. Signing in on a new device revokes the session on any previous device, so only one device is active at a time. You are responsible for keeping your device, passcode and any biometric unlock secure, since the app displays client health information.
The Service
The app shows your assigned schedule and client details, lets you record session completion and clinical or progress notes, tracks your attendance and leave, and shows your payout and earnings records. It is provided to support the work you do for Fit4Steps and its clients — it is not a general-purpose scheduling or record-keeping tool for use outside that engagement.
Scope of Practice & Client Safety
- You must operate within your qualifications and training at all times, and must not provide services outside your scope of practice.
- If a medical emergency arises during a visit, call emergency services (112 in India) immediately, then notify Fit4Steps and the client's emergency contact as soon as it is safe to do so.
- Session and progress notes you record must be accurate, timely and specific — they become part of the client's care record and may be seen by family members with health-data access.
- You may decline or end a session where continuing would put a client's safety at risk, and must report the reason to Fit4Steps promptly.
Conduct During Home Visits
You are a guest in a client's home. You are expected to be punctual, professional, and respectful of the client and their family, and to follow Fit4Steps' conduct and safety standards. Report any safety concern about a client's home environment to Fit4Steps as soon as possible.
Offline Use & Data Handling
The app caches today's schedule and client contact, address, health and emergency-contact information on your device so you can work without signal, and queues anything you record offline until it can be sent. This cached and queued data is for your use in delivering the assigned service only — you must not copy, forward, or share client information outside the app.
Payouts
Your payout is calculated from completed, verified sessions and is processed according to Fit4Steps' payout schedule and the terms of your engagement with Fit4Steps. Payout and earnings records are visible to you in the app; discrepancies should be raised using the contact details in Section 11.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to falsify session, attendance or clinical records, not to share your login or device access with anyone else, and not to attempt to access schedules, clients or payout information outside your own assignments.
Suspension & Termination
Fit4Steps may suspend or end your access to the app where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, or where your engagement with Fit4Steps ends. Ending your access to the app does not by itself end any separate engagement agreement you have with Fit4Steps.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fit4Steps Wellness LLP's liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the app is limited to direct losses caused by our failure to operate the app as described in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Indian law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material, we will let you know through the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app.
